1. طبيعة الخدمة
Gym Radar منصة تعرض بيانات الجيمات وأماكن اللياقة اللي بيضيفها أصحابها بأنفسهم. إحنا وسيط عرض بس، ومش طرف في أي تعاقد اشتراك بين المستخدم وأي جيم.
2. مسؤولية المحتوى
صاحب الجيم مسؤول بالكامل عن صحة البيانات اللي بيضيفها (الأسعار، العروض، الصور، مواعيد العمل). Gym Radar ليست مسؤولة عن أي خلاف بين المستخدم والجيم بخصوص هذه البيانات، وبتحتفظ بحقها في حذف أي محتوى مخالف أو مضلل من غير إشعار مسبق.
3. الباقات والدفع
باقات "الظهور المميز" بتفعّل ظهور المكان في مكان بارز لمدة الباقة المدفوعة فقط (شهر / 6 شهور / سنة حسب الاختيار)، ومش بتضمن عدد معين من الزيارات أو العملاء. المبالغ المدفوعة مقابل الباقة غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد تفعيلها، إلا في حالة وجود خطأ تقني من جانبنا يمنع ظهور الباقة كليًا.
4. الحسابات
إنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك (اسم المستخدم وكلمة السر). نتحفظ بحقنا في تعليق أو حذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يحاول استغلال المنصة بشكل ضار (بيانات وهمية، محتوى مسيء، محاولة اختراق).
5. التقييمات
التقييمات والتعليقات بتعبّر عن رأي كاتبها فقط. ممنوع نشر محتوى مسيء أو غير حقيقي، وبنحتفظ بحقنا في حذف أي تقييم مخالف.
6. تعديل الشروط
ممكن نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وهنعرض التاريخ المحدّث هنا. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.
1. Nature of the service
Gym Radar is a listings platform showing gym and fitness venue information submitted by the venue owners themselves. We are only a display intermediary and are not a party to any membership contract between a user and a gym.
2. Content responsibility
Gym owners are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information they add (prices, offers, photos, opening hours). Gym Radar is not responsible for any dispute between a user and a gym regarding this data, and reserves the right to remove any misleading or violating content without prior notice.
3. Packages and payment
"Featured" packages promote a gym's listing prominently for the paid duration only (1 / 6 / 12 months, depending on the plan chosen), and do not guarantee any specific number of views or customers. Amounts paid for a package are non-refundable once activated, except where a technical error on our part fully prevented the package from ever taking effect.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username and password) confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms or attempts to misuse the platform (fake data, abusive content, attempted hacking).
5. Reviews
Reviews and comments reflect the opinion of their author only. Posting abusive or fake content is not allowed, and we reserve the right to remove any violating review.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the updated date will be shown here. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
